Construction Update: June 2025
Progress is in full swing at Lively Lane! The exterior site is coming to life as the permeable paver system is officially taking shape, with the installation team now carefully placing the various sublayers of permeable rock that will provide both structure and water filtration below the neighborhood’s namesake lane. We’re also excited to share that although you can’t see it from the outside, installation of fixtures and flooring, cabinets and countertops are all underway indoors, as well. Stay tuned as we continue to bring every detail of Lively Lane to life!
The Clever Townhomes are leading the way in progress, now receiving fixture installs and wardrobes, and by the end of June, flooring. Not far behind, the Classic and Completely Clever models are also coming along with cabinet and countertop installations underway, fixture delivery, and continued tile installation. Meanwhile, the Complete Townhomes and Innovative Live Works are getting prepped for tile and cabinet installs as drywall and paint start to wrap up.
